Tony is able to bring in his background in logistics to look at specific pain points in the region and to communicate openly with partners early in projects. This includes the importance of involving elected officials to understand the impact of business within those specific pain points. With nine higher education institutes in the region, Tony also talks about the importance of having a seat at the table where curriculum is made to aid in talent and retention.
