He shares great insights on keeping his energy up and what role economic developers play in the future.

Courtney is the Director of Economic Development for the City of Dallas, where he focuses on small business development, growing private investment, and attracting and retaining businesses. His career spans from banking analyst to commercial finance and into economic development. Courtney has a passion for entrepreneurialism and takes that spirit with him to work every day.
